Where The Who recorded their famous album Live at Leeds in 1970. Legends such as Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix and Manic Street Preachers also played here in the past.

The University Union Refectory still host bands regularly - upcoming performers include James Morrison, Manic Street Preachers, The View, Maximo Park and Leeds' own Corinne Bailey Rae.
