Bookings made after 01June16 require full payment and do not qualify for a refund.

If you make any changes to your reservation this will incur a modification fee unless you are upgrading your booking.

Before confirming your reservation make sure you are booking the correct package and that you have cancellation insurance to cover any eventuality that might force you to cancel your booking.

Once you have paid you will receive a confirmation email. Balances need to be paid for by June 1st, 2016 and once your balance is paid you will receive a confirmation which you will need to print out and bring with you when checking in to your hotel and the Adelphi Help Desk for your tickets.

A welcome letter will be emailed to you three weeks before the festival which contains useful information regarding your package

INTERNATIONAL BEATLEWEEK 24 – 30 AUGUST 2016

The annual International Beatleweek Festival celebrates the music of the most famous pop group the world has ever known. And it all happens in the place where it all began – Liverpool.

There is so much to do and see that you don’t need to be a Beatle fan to enjoy the festival, though it probably helps! This is truly an international event with bands from over 20 countries and fans from over 40.

As well as live gigs, there are exhibitions, memorabilia sales, guest speakers, video shows, sightseeing tours and a convention.
