L eeds Festival, Leeds

The north of England's answer to the Reading Festival came into being in 1999 with sets from Blur and the Red Hot Chilli Peppers. This year's festival is set for 24-26 August 2007 and is held in the very picturesque and laid back atmosphere of Bramham Country Park, just 10 miles out of the city. Set in over 160 acres, the gardens of the park were originally inspired by the grand vista at Versailles, giving revellers more than just an aural delight.
